ושרי שלמה למבני ית בית מקדשא דיי בירושלם בטור מוריה באתר דפלח וצלי אברהם תמן בשמא דיי הוא אתר ארע פולחנא דתמן פלחין קדם יי כל דריא ותמן אסיק אברהם ית יצחק בריה לעלתא ושזביה מימרא דיי ואתמני דכרא חלופיה תמן צלי יעקב במערקיה מן קדם עשו אחוי תמן אתגלי מלאכא דיי לדוד בזמן דאתקין מדבחא באתרא דיזבן מן ארון בבית אדרי דארון יבוסאי:
ybwsay darwn adry bbyth arwn mn dyzbn bathra mdbkha dathqyn bzmn ldwd dyy mlaka athgly thmn akhwy eshw qdm mn bmerqyh yeqb tsly thmn khlwpyh dkra wathmny dyy mymra wshzbyh leltha bryh ytskhq yth abrhm asyq wthmn drya kl yy qdm plkhyn dthmn pwlkhna are athr hwa dyy bshma thmn abrhm wtsly dplkh bathr mwryh bTwr byrwshlm dyy mqdsha byth yth lmbny shlmh wshry
Then Solomon began to build Yahweh’s house at Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where Yahweh appeared to David his father, which he prepared in the place that David had appointed, on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.

ושרי למבני יתיה בירחא דאיר הוא ירחא תנינא בתרין יומין לירחא בשנת ארבע למלכותיה:
lmlkwthyh arbe bshnth lyrkha ywmyn bthryn thnyna yrkha hwa dayr byrkha ythyh lmbny wshry
He began to build in the second day of the second month, in the fourth year of his reign.

ואלין משחתא דבסים יתיה שלמה כד שרי למבני ית בית מקדשא דיי אורכא במשחתא קדמיתא עתיקתא אמין שתין ופותיא אמין עשרין:
eshryn amyn wpwthya shthyn amyn ethyqtha qdmytha bmshkhtha awrka dyy mqdsha byth yth lmbny shry kd shlmh ythyh dbsym mshkhtha walyn
Now these are the foundations which Solomon laid for the building of God’s house: the length by cubits after the first measure was sixty cubits, and the width twenty cubits.

ואולמא דעל אפי אורכא על אפי פותיא דביתא אמין עשרין ורומא מאה ועשרין וחפהי מן לגיו דהב דכי:
dky dhb lgyw mn wkhphy weshryn mah wrwma eshryn amyn dbytha pwthya apy el awrka apy del wawlma
The porch that was in front, its length, across the width of the house, was twenty cubits, and the height one hundred twenty; and he overlaid it within with pure gold.

וית ביתא רבא חפא נסרין דברתין וחפהי דהב טב ואסיק עלוהי צורת דקלין ותכיא:
wthkya dqlyn tswrth elwhy wasyq Tb dhb wkhphy dbrthyn nsryn khpa rba bytha wyth
He made the larger room with a ceiling of cypress wood, which he overlaid with fine gold, and ornamented it with palm trees and chains.

וחפא ית ביתא אבן טבא לתשבחתא מרמצא בדהבא דהב פרוים:
prwym dhb bdhba mrmtsa lthshbkhtha Tba abn bytha yth wkhpa
He decorated the house with precious stones for beauty. The gold was gold from Parvaim.

וחפא ית ביתא לרישיא וסקופיא וכותלוהי ודשוהי דהבא וגלף צורת כרובין על כותליא:
kwthlya el krwbyn tswrth wglp dhba wdshwhy wkwthlwhy wsqwpya lryshya bytha yth wkhpa
He also overlaid the house, the beams, the thresholds, its walls, and its doors with gold, and engraved cherubim on the walls.

ועבד ית בית קודש קודשיא אורכיה על אפי פותיא דביתא אמין עשרין ופותיה אמין עשרין וחפהי דהב טב לקנטנרין שית מאה:
mah shyth lqnTnryn Tb dhb wkhphy eshryn amyn wpwthyh eshryn amyn dbytha pwthya apy el awrkyh qwdshya qwdsh byth yth webd
He made the most holy place. Its length, according to the width of the house, was twenty cubits, and its width twenty cubits; and he overlaid it with fine gold, amounting to six hundred talents.

ומתקל למסמריא לתקלין חמשין דהבא ועליתא חפא דהבא:
dhba khpa welytha dhba khmshyn lthqlyn lmsmrya wmthql
The weight of the nails was fifty shekels of gold. He overlaid the upper rooms with gold.

ועבד בבית קודש קודשיא כרובין תרין עובד שושנין וחפו יתהון דהבא:
dhba ythhwn wkhpw shwshnyn ewbd thryn krwbyn qwdshya qwdsh bbyth webd
In the most holy place he made two cherubim by carving, and they overlaid them with gold.

וגדפי כרוביא אורכהון אמין עשרין גדפא חד לאמין חמש מטיא לכותל ביתא וגדפא חורניתא אמין חמש מטי לגדפא דכרובא חד :
khd dkrwba lgdpa mTy khmsh amyn khwrnytha wgdpa bytha lkwthl mTya khmsh lamyn khd gdpa eshryn amyn awrkhwn krwbya wgdpy
The wings of the cherubim were twenty cubits long: the wing of the one was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house; and the other wing was five cubits, reaching to the wing of the other cherub.

וגדפא דכרובא חד אמין חמש מטי לכותל ביתא וגדפא חורניתא אמין חמש מדבקא לגדפא די כרובא חד:
khd krwba dy lgdpa mdbqa khmsh amyn khwrnytha wgdpa bytha lkwthl mTy khmsh amyn khd dkrwba wgdpa
The wing of the other cherub was five cubits, reaching to the wall of the house; and the other wing was five cubits, joining to the wing of the other cherub.

גדפי כרוביא האלין פרישן אמין עשרין והנון קימין על רגליהון ואפיהון לגיו:
lgyw wapyhwn rglyhwn el qymyn whnwn eshryn amyn pryshn halyn krwbya gdpy
The wings of these cherubim spread themselves out twenty cubits. They stood on their feet, and their faces were toward the house.

ועבד ית פרגודא תכלא וארגונא וזהוריתא ובוצא ואסיק עלוהי צורת כרובין:
krwbyn tswrth elwhy wasyq wbwtsa wzhwrytha wargwna thkla prgwda yth webd
He made the veil of blue, purple, crimson, and fine linen, and ornamented it with cherubim.

ועבד קדם ביתא עמודין תרין אמין תלתין וחמשא אורכא וקרונתא הי כדמות שרגא דעל רישיה אמין חמשא:
khmsha amyn ryshyh del shrga kdmwth hy wqrwntha awrka wkhmsha thlthyn amyn thryn emwdyn bytha qdm webd
Also he made before the house two pillars thirty-five cubits high, and the capital that was on the top of each of them was five cubits.

ועבד תכין בבית כפורי ויהב על ריש עמודיא ועבד רמונין מאה ויהב בתכיא:
bthkya wyhb mah rmwnyn webd emwdya rysh el wyhb kpwry bbyth thkyn webd
He made chains in the inner sanctuary, and put them on the tops of the pillars; and he made one hundred pomegranates, and put them on the chains.

ואקים ית עמודיא על אפי היכלא חד מן ימינא וחד מן שמאלא וקרא שום ימינאה יכין על שום דאתקנת מלכותא דבית דוד ושום סמאלא בועז על שום בועז רב בית אבא לבית יהודה דמניה נפקו כל מלכיא דבית יהודה:
yhwdh dbyth mlkya kl npqw dmnyh yhwdh lbyth aba byth rb bwez shwm el bwez smala wshwm dwd dbyth mlkwtha dathqnth shwm el ykyn ymynah shwm wqra shmala mn wkhd ymyna mn khd hykla apy el emwdya yth waqym
He set up the pillars before the temple, one on the right hand and the other on the left; and called the name of that on the right hand Jachin, and the name of that on the left Boaz.
